Simple hotel with COMFORTABLE location near to Metro station. Spotless guest room with views of inner courtyard. Comfy bed, very friendly staff. Location very close to both bus and metro stops, a residential area, and Carrefour market.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The Location of the Hotel which is close to Metro station, and in quite area , also close to Supermarket, some of the staff speaks good english , they gave us late check out date
We were given a room in hotel which was located at the Hotel basement ,it dosent have air conditioning system (I was thinking that all Milan Hotel have ac) and the weather was hot on end of june, the ventilation in the room was not good so we had to open the room windows which open directly to a noisy road and people passing can watch us in the room easily ...so we had to choose either to open the window and get some Air and ventilation but without privacy or close the window to have privacy .also the WiFI internet signal was very poor in the basement floor .,the hotel is kind of hidden and not easy to find because they dosent have board with the hotel name in it .we passed near it many time but we didnt notice the hotel because its not opening directly to the main road ,it is located in a passage

We really loved how clean and tidy the rooms were, and the staff was super friendly. The coffee and croissants were a nice touch, too! Overall, we had a fantastic experience here. 😊.

Spent 3 nights here with my mother, had a really great stay overall. Greatly enjoyed the spotlessly clean and clean room. The accommodation was very close to a subway station.

It was really clean and quaint. I stayed in a single with a bathroom and it was perfect for my weekend stay. The staff was very nice and the old lady always tried to get me to have breakfast even well after their 7:30 am start time. She would knock on my door at 11:30 am and ask if I wanted a coffee or anything. English is not really spoken at all, but Spanish is.
Only thing I was upset about was that on my arrival day of Friday, they were not open. I twas about 11 am, and they open from 8:00-13:00 then 15:00-20:00. They made up for it by waiting until 3 pm for me to return on Sunday because I had left my luggage and key for them as I did a last minute day trip to the Duomo. But I suppose they were usually consistent with when reception is open.

Nice staff, clean room.
There's no sign of the hotel on the building, was hard to find. Shower is rather small.

This hotel deserves just one simple word: excellent. Don't have any doubts if you need a comfortable stay away from the dirty and overrated area around the Central Station. Everything was positive: location, cleanliness, staff.
Just one note: the hotel is acually a bed and breakfast (meaning no front desk service from 8pm to 8am).

The front staff was friendly
The breakfeast was very average and the person in charge was not pleasant at all. She was even reading a newspaper when I came in and needed to ask to a customer if anybody was in charge before she accepted to get up and serve me.Cleanliness was also an issue at breakfast. Otherwise, there were ants in my bathroom

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice place if you're visiting Milan on a budget or you are on s business trip. Free internet available. Definitely a clean place.
You may have to use a shared bathroom (always clean, though). Hotel sort of far from the metro stop.
